i need to cut some diamond plate,how can i do it, i need to be able to cut straight lines and some circles, so jig saw will not work, any other ideas,

plasma will mess up the finish and water is the best but the cost is to high 100 just for cutting a square with a small curve and 8 circles

Yes, bring it to a company that offers water jet cutting . I do it, and it works great. Any shape you want ,even designs,lettering etc. NO burr, no heat stress, only results!

These are two excellent suggestions. Pick one. Sounds like you are wanting quality on the cheap or without work. Doesn't work that way Tex.
