Oh lord (not saying that because of you, because you asked an honest question...I'm saying that because of some of the ridiculous answers above me). Condoms ARE NOT NOT NOT 99.9% effective. They break A LOT more than 1 out of 1000 people, and sometimes there are itty bitty holes in the latex you can't even SEE. It's more like 89% effective, meaning 11 out of 100 women using condoms as their only form of birth control will get pregnant each year. I got theis on the FDA website. Check it out, it also shows the effectiveness of other forms of birth control so you can make the best possible birth control decision for yourself and your life. Better safe than sorry, sweetie, trust me. Good luck!

Let's be honest: if you use a condom, you've cut your chances from 100%. However, when did he put it on? Had he already penetrated you while trying to get turned on?

If you use a condom, that's great. If you use birth control AND a condom, that's better. Honestly though there's no 100% way to NOT get pregnant unless you remain a virgin until death or become sterlized.

Yes you can. While the odds are 99.9% that you won't, there is still that .1%.

Even though it was rare, one of my sister's teachers in high school got pregnant even with using multiple forms of birth control at the same time, condoms included.
