My freshman year i got a 3.28, and 3.17, and in my first semester of sophomore i got a 3.5, and now i have a 3.9. I want to major in Pre-dentistry. Can anyone tell me the criteria to get into those three colleges. (i.e. GPA, ACT/SAT, and other info? Thanks

Your GPA, which looks to be about a 3.3 and not a 3.9, for UIC is average. UIC does not list its average GPA for incoming freshman, but they do state that their average high school rank is about 75th percentile. The average ACT is 23. So, make sure you aim for the mid 20s, and you'll be fine. UIC does have a dentistry college. UIC also has a guaranteed admittance program for dentistry.
CSU is a very weak school. The average ACT there is an 18. If you can go to UIC, go to UIC.
I don't know that much about Benedictine.

UIC is the best choice. You would need about a 22-24 on your ACT, and your GPA is above average.

I would apply to all of them, just in case the one you want to get into does accept you. it's always good to have backup choices.
