I don't want answers like "My period was late" or obvious answers. I'm curious about unique ways you knew you were pregnant- even before you had a postive preg. test. (Not trying to be nosy, but I'm waiting to be able to take a pregnancy test- I have a feeling I may be pregnant- woo hoo!!!)

I felt like I was on my period when I knew that it wasnt coming for a while. I started noticing that I felt like I had a waterbaloon in me. Id put my jeans on and they felt a little uncomfortable around my pelvis. or id lay on my belly and it just didnt feel right. I was only a week pregnant. for some crazy reason I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came out positive. a week later. I was dying with morning sickness.

I was in a car accident (just minor no one hurt except my car) The first thought I had was what about the baby. I told my friend in the locker room(accident happened in the parking lot at work) and she threatened me that if I didn't go get checked the next day the day after she would bring a pregnancy test to work. So I went to the clinic and I had a weak positive so I had to get retested a week later and i was pregnant. I was only a day late the day of the second test.

It is strange but my fiance's mother called me on a Sunday morning and said "You're pregnant" I said "No I am not" and she told me that she had a dream... the same dream she has had 6 different times. 3 with her daughter and 3 others and she said they are always right. She came over later that day with a pregnancy test and sure enough I was pregnant. Then all of the sudden starting the next day my morning sickness started kicking in. I went to the doctor a couple days later and I was over 6 weeks along.

I had the worst morning sickness ever......actually at the time i didnt know what i had but i throw up everything....even water and i didnt even think about missing my period because i have extremely irregular ones and can go 2-3 months without one....i just thought i had the flu or something and went to the doctor and she told me a i was pregnant.....HUGE shock of my life that is for sure but a wonderful surprise in the end

Little run down and boobs that hurt like heck. I didn't even notice that I was 2 days late for my period either. Just was a holy-moly kind of pain in the breast area and even then wasn't sure I was pregnant. Took a test 3 days later and wha-la!!!

I was extremely tired, almost all the time. Very, very tired, like, I didn't even have the energy to get dressed after a shower, I would just fall asleep in my towel. I remember feeling that way for a while before I knew I was pregnant.

My first pregnancy I had a small tummy ache almost like a cramp feeling. Then I missed my period. I was always late with my period so I didnt pay any attention. My breast then got sore and the belly ache turned to butterflies in my stomach.

I had a dream about eating green beans (which I usually hate) two nights in a row. I could actually taste them!! Then I went out to eat and I drank a strawberry margarita. As soon as I did, I went out to the parking lot and threw it up. (I can usually handle my liquor well) Next, I just "felt funny" and my tummy kept making loud gurgling sounds for a couple of days. I took a test and found out I was preggo. When I called my mom to tell her, she already knew-she had a dream about it 3 days earlier. I hear this happens to alot of mothers and daughters! My sister in law told me i was pregnant. I was having tummy aches and we kept joking that i was pregnant. Untill my breasts started to get sore. Then i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive.
Of course i missed my period before my breasts got sore. But i always had a irregular period.

I know you don't want to hear it, but that's how it was for me. I felt like my period would start any minute, but it just never came. I was constantly running to the bathroom, sure it would be there, but nothing. I've been pregnant six times and it was like that each time.
