Coolrom is probably my favorite ROM site:

Emuparadise is good too, but the downloads seem to be very slow. I only come here if coolrom doesn't have what I'm looking for or it is ESA blocked. I've never had any problems myself but I've heard people say that it is not very secure, maybe be wary if you're using internet explorer.

yeah dude coolrom.com is the way to go although some games are ESA blocked. Make sure you delete your cookies once every so often when visiting that site, it carries bad cookies that are ads-virus and bs
