Has anyone ever seen NICE outdoor lighting (something like fairy lights or Xmas tree lights or lanterns) that is battery powered? Maybe using a torch battery or similar??? It is about 5 metres from my house to my gazebo - extension cords are ugly and are tricky with kids around.

Instead of battery powered lights you should go with solar powered lights we have bought many of them at wallmarts but Lowe's and many other places have them, you will find the cost of batteries adds up, solar powered ones the only expense is the cost of them and there are many styles.
