Tell her the truth. If she really cares about you and is your friend, she will understand. If she is using you, she will get mad. If this happens, she is not a real friend anyway.

I know it can be hard to do but just don't let her copy you and say no. She needs to learn how to take responsiblity of her own actions, if she doesn't do her homework let her get the bad grades. Once she figures out that her grades are suffering because of this she will get the point and do something about it. If you don't stop this now, and she keeps on copying you, it will only be worse for her later on down the road. She'll do really bad on tests and exams because she didn't do the material herself.
You should try forming study sessions w/her and friends so you all can do the homework together and maybe eat some good food or listen to music at the same time. That way you can spend quality time w/ her and also get that homework done!

Tell her straight up how you feel about this. You have the right not to let her copy, cause you worked hard on it. If she's gets angry, there's a big chance she's just using you for your brains.
Actually, you're not helping her, for in the long run she'll only be used to relying on other people, and that kind of friend is no good.
Picture this, 10 years from now, from all your hard work you become a wealthy successfull carreer-woman, and your jobless friend slacks off in your luxurious apartment all day and night.
Form a study group and delegate duties and research topics. This will help her in understanding the fun in studying, earning good grades and accomplishing stuff on her own. Good luck!!

Do you allow her to copy you or is she doing this in class without your consent? You don't have to tell on her, but you do have to tell her that it's not okay to copy from you anymore. Tell her the truth: that you both could get into trouble. I'm sure she knows that it doesn't do her any good to copy because she's not learning. If you would like to, then tell her you'll study with her (not do her homework for her). She needs to come up with some time management strategies. Maybe she could cut out an extracurricular or study more on the weekends. In any event, her homework is not your responsibiity, and if she can't understand that she's not much of a friend.

Tell her if she does not do her own work she will not ever understand things if she wants to be something in the feature because colleges notice the cheating pattern. The teacher could find out and get you in trouble by your parents or even suspend you for a few days. She could also change your desks to keep you from doing so and she could offer her help after school if she needs it, just ask.

Tell her if she wants to stay your friend that she needs to do her own homework. You are quite right about getting into trouble yourself over this, so if she has any respect for you, she will stop copying your work.

might want to think about if she is really your friend, does she just use you to copy your work? I have friends and I have my Best friends My best friends are the ones who don't use me and will stick with me till the very end and my friends well they are the people that are fun to hang out with and that wil help me from time to time and I'll help them when they need it, but as far as homework goes she needs to do a little time managment.

Tell her that you don't fell comfortable about her copying your work. If that doesn't work then try to avoid her or keep your work away from her. Try covering your work or asking for a better seat in class or just settle things out with your friend!

You should make sure the teacher knows what is going
on.That way there are no surprises. And you won't get in
trouble. As for your friendship. No friend should do this
to another friend. And if she gets in trouble and blames you let her go as a friend. She could be using you.

you must tell her no. no more. and remind her that she has copied your work, for "insert how long here" and that you will take further action (tell an adult) if she does not care to listen. you have the absolute right to keep your work to yourself. Your friend has to stop being so lazy, and stop procrastinating-immediately. She's learning the hard way, when you don't even know you are encouraging/supporting her!!!

try to help her do her homeworks so she wouldn't copy from you. when i was in school, i do my homeworks talking to my friend on the phone, so we'd do it together, at the same time. this assures me that she won't copy from me anymore, also, it helps a lot talking to someone while studying, especially in Math homeworks.
