i like to use red. it just makes you stand out more. use a bright red lipstick and go easy on the eye makeup (i.e. liner and mascara only) and it really brings attention to the black/white contrast. all of the colors are bold and will then compliment each other

Try black eyeliner, top and bottom but lightly, you dont want to look like you have a black eye, and put some white eyeshadow on, just not too much!!! this will ligthen your eyes alot. and of course some mascara! whats really in right now is red lipstick, just try not to look to greaser if your not into that, so if your not crazy about red try some Loreal colour juicy rasberry smash lipglosse. its the perfect shade!

u shud go for some light eye makeup and lots of light blush,the eye makeup could be either in the black-white-silver range or you could put on something nude in shade...but ive not personally tried nude with black and white though im sure ull look very young and cute in it
and lipstick should DEFINITELY be red or at least some shade of red
if u like u cud get smokey eye makeup,that would not look bad.. i think :D...it wud look good if u pull ur hair up but try to avoid it if ur letting ur hair down

Maybe reds, but as for eyeliner and mascara I'd do a black so it will match your dress. Pink lipgloss would also prolly look good. Eye colors: neutral, like black and white.

It will depend more on your complexion as also the time when you are wearing the dress ( daytime, late evening). The thumb rule is if you are white and wearing a light coloured dress for an evening outing, the make up should be prominent and dark-colored. For others, light colored make-up would be more suitable.

Shades of green. Darker on bottom lighter on top. With a sweep of very light brown almost white right under the brow bone.

Try shades of green or pink for your eyes... and some black mascara with a little eyeliner.... for your cheeks... try some light rose blush .... and for your lips... some shimmer lip gloss....
In Addition: .... curl your hair using a large curling iron to acheive bouncy curls... and simple rhinestones accessories should do the trick.... Good Luck!!!
