VB 6.0 QUESTION - What method or algorithm should I use to retrieve pixels of color from a ImageBox?

I know you can use the object.Point method for a pictureBox, but doesn't work with a ImageBox.

As you found out, you can't, at least without calling WinAPI functions or manipulating the bitmap itself. There is no reason why to use ImageBox instead of PictureBox beside saving of resources.
