I don't think so - but as on site belongs to them - I guess they get to decide who parks there.

There is no Federal law that forces companies to provide employee parking. In fact, in most cities, the employees are responsible for their parking. It's only in the suburbs that it's common for companies to provide a place to park.

I suppose it's possible that the municipality the company is in requires it. You could check. But I doubt it.

If the employer has rights to the property, then they can decide to do whatever they want with their property; if it means denying parking on-site to employees, that's their prerogative.
