Uncircumcized means that your foreskin is intact, you should be able to pull back the foreskin, exposing the sensitive skin of the penis head. cleaning behind the foreskin is very important
and must be done to prevent infections and bad smells. Some boys find it difficult to do this when erect, this means the foreskin is to tight, and repetition pulling it back will make it easier to do.

They can't HAVE babies because they have a penis, but they can get someone pregnant. Cirumcision has nothing to do with fertility. It's just a cultural and social practice.

Truth is yes especially if you are a teenager whose cycles may not have stabilised. Though most guys would be like euuuuw
Sperm stays around for a week inside you and sometimes especially teen girls have multiple ovulations or varying cycles.

You sit on a 'wet patch' he comes on you panties and it goes through the material (well are they rubber? if water gets through so does ***).
