okay .. heres my question.. it requires some serious thought please.. think of a movie and or song.. that really touched you or inspired you in some way or another... then tell me which particular part of the movie it was.. what scene or line it was.. or song lyric.

A scene in a movie that really touched me was the end of The Last Samurai with Tom Cruise. They were near the end of the battle when all of the samurai were cut down by the new Gatling guns that the enemy had just received. Tom's teacher and mentor was near death and was about to kill himself when Tom stopped him so he didn't have to dishonor himself that way. He took his sword and did it for him the way he wanted to die. All the enemy witnessed this great and courageous act and bowed to Tom. It was so awesome it literally brought tears to my eyes. I suggest you see it if you haven't already. It may not sound like big deal but, when you have been in the military near battle and serve with people like I have, you know what it means to have respect for life and people and their beliefs. Forest Gump. How can that whole movie not touch you? There's a man that no one expects great things from, and ironically, he's responsible for some of the greatest things ever.
Also, I agree about Pay It Forward. It was inspired by a true event, and it's all about doing something nice for a total stranger.

The movie Pay it Forward with Kevin Spacey and Haley Joel Osmet. The entire movie is about doing something nice for somebody and not expect anything in return. the way Humanity should be.

well one song comes too mind for me but it is a christmas song. It is called The Christmas Shoes. It explains how sometimes we take things for granted. It is by Kenny Chesney incase you haven't heard of it

In terms of Rocky movies, the best one was the first.....but, in terms of inspiring, it had to be the 2nd one when Adrian awakes from the coma and they bring the baby in....and she whispers to Rocky...."There is something i want you to do for me.......win...Win".....and then cut to him working out and getting ready....(first scene i thought of)
