They may or may not be lesbian. Just continue the relationship and do what you choose to do. If they are young, they may just want to try things.

accept them for who they are
and learn that not everyone is strait, and lesbians are a vital part of society and have been part of our culture forever

maybe thank them for bringing it so close to you that you had to face it and grow a little

build a bridge and get over it. basically all girls are that way. it's not that your friends are lesbians, they're just comfortable with their femininity. and you should be too. not like men who are all homo-phobs and don't even hug other guys. i think that's stupid.
