Chances are low but everyone is different. Some get pregnant right off the pill where it takes other months or even years to conceive a baby.

Both of my boys were conceived within the month of going off the pill. After I had my first baby, I took the pill for a little over a year. Then I didn't use any protection for almost 2 years. The doctor put me back on the pill to regulate my cycle for 4 months and when she took me off, I was regular for the next month and became pregnant. Your body is still used to that regular cycle and I think it makes you more prone to becoming pregnant. No medical facts, just worked for me. Just plan on a lot of cozy nights in that month!

it depends on your age if your under 30 then you have a 20-25 % chance every month but if you older the % decreases alot each year. it will probably take 3-6 months before you get pg but it can happen 2 weeks after going off the pill. i have heard that women are more likely to conceive twins if they get pg the first cycle after the pill so watch out! just make sure you drink lots of water and take prenatal vitamins available otc at walmart or any drugstore

After 12 years of taking the pill, I got pregnant my first month off. No problems at all. I was 29. I nursed that baby for a year, taking minipills, then weaned her and went back on the regular pill. A few months later, we thought we'd try again, and, wham: pregnant again, first month trying.
Good luck.

I would have to say very low. Some 'experts' say that it takes one month for every year to remove all the 'pill' related hormones from your body.
I came of the pill (was on it for 15 years) on my wedding day, May 7th 2005, hoping for a quick pregnancy. I am now 6 weeks pregnant - so it took me a while.
But of course everyone is different.
Good luck

Your chances of getting pregnant are better if you skip pills during your cycle. I became pregnant the first month i was off the pill [2 months married!] It does happen.

the month you come off the pill is your month fertile month you will ever have had, because its the first time in ages your hormones have been free without the other hormones in the pill. i fell pregnant on the pill with my first and with my second it was the first month after i stopped taking the pill. so yes it is entirely possible. but please remember it doesnt happen to everyone on this first month.
Good Luck x

Whose to say...everyones body is different and responds to the pill in different ways. Some get pregnant right after and some take years. It will come when you stop trying so hard or when you least expect it. Good Luck!

Some women ovulate right away some women take a few months to a year or more to ovulate. You never know. I was on the nuvaring for 6 months an I just recently went off of it this month and I did ovulate. So you never know. Every woman is different.
