weird worms?

every year during the winter i always see these weird looking worms that have an arrow shaped head and stripes on its body. what are they called? they look kinda weird maybe its a parasite?

Are they about a 1/2 inch long and live in the water? They sound kinda like planarians...

I'm not sure Wat it is but maybe u should ask Ur vet right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't think its good for Ur pet to have worms!!!!!!!!!!
