Hi,

By Default Norton comes in 2 ways.

1. Preinstalled in Systems (Like dell, compaq,........)
2. Customer purchased Versions.

For preinstalled, you have a free time limit like 6 months or 1 year depending on the company that you purchase, its actually a free offer.

For customer purchased it is a Subscription fee for 1 year, you need to renew once it is over for 1 year.

like 50$ but in the future you will spend more paying professionals to fix your computer caused by virus that norton can't delete. I recommend Panda Antivirus + Firewall. it;s the best inversion.Panda pays yearly

Please, don't install Norton. Poor detection, problematic, resource hog...that best describes Norton. I get that deer in the headlight look and a lump in my throat every time someone is thinking of installing it.

Make your selections from the sidebar ("Free Security Software") on my site: http://malwaremedic.suddenlaunch3.com/

AV = AVG ---- Firewall = Zone Alarm ---- Spyware Guard = PestPatrol

All are free. I have configuration and usage instructions for AVG and PestPatrol and Zone Alarm has it own tutorial in the program.

Take advantage of the "on-demand" scanners there to. I recommend SUPERAntiSpyware and AVG Anti-Spyware

Best regards,

Windsor

i do not recommend you buying Norton

it's a usually yearly price of $50 to $60!

and i've had really bad experiences on some of my other pc's

you should get Windows Live OneCare @ your nearest Wal*mart... it's a $10 difference of $40 and everywhere else is $50
