Unique stance is hands down Tony Batista. I think it's easier for him to see the ball with both eyes compared to one.
Unique delivery Hideo Nomo. he must have decent lower body strength to balance and twist on one leg.

Lance Blankenship's stance was so open that his body was parallel to the wall in straight away centre.
And Hideo Nomo's every pitch made me want to get to a chiropractor as soon as I could.
BTW, EnormusJ69, so call Dan Quizenberry the orginal submariner is to ignore the history of baseball. When the rules of the game were first codified, and for some time after that, ALL pitchers were mandated to use only underhand deliveries.

Batista was a good choice and Counsell is right there. And for us oldtimers John Wockenfuss (Tigers catcher) had a pretty crazy flapping hand thing going on in his day. The best pitching delivery...Luis Tiant or Mark "The Bird" Fidrych (delivery was fairly normal, the rest was not). Bill "Spaceman" Lee was pretty unique and Fernando Valenzuela with the eyes to the sky thing. Relievers like "The Mad Hungarian", Kent Tekulve ,Dan Quisenberry and currently Pat Nesheck had/have pretty unique deliveries

The most unique batting stance that I can remember is Ron Gant. The most unique pitching delivery was Al Hrabosky (sic), the Mad Hungarian.

the weirdest stance in my opinion was chuck knoblauch, it didn't look like he was capable of swinging the bat from that position...the weirdest windup has to be hideo nomo's, it takes a solid 10 seconds to get through

Stance is Craig Counsel - you can't argue this one. I can't watch him on tv.. he looks like he's trying to knock something out of a tree. My second favorite was Joe Morgan, he used to flap his arm like he just shaved his underarm and rubbed alcohol on it.
Pitch - Dan Quisenberry, the original submarine pitcher. His knuckles would actually hit the ground at times and the pitch would sometimes take his momentum almost to the third base foul line.
