Did you sit in grape juice?
If this is serious like you say, I'm not sure what thing that's "purple" could come out of your anus/penis hole.
Is it blood? Blood usually does not come out purple. It's either dark red, or brownish colored. Go to your PCP, or ER if possible.
F.Y.I- If you drank something like 100% pure grape juice your stool could be purplish colored, and it could just be a skid mark.
