I do all the time. Try keeping an online body diary. You may have some syptoms of PMDD.

starting about three months ago i started feeling nauseous and dizzy about a week or so before my period. Sometimes it's so bad I could hardly stand. However I've been trying to look up information to see if it's normal but no luck.

I never did. The only time I felt nauseas and dizzy was when I was pregnant with my son.
