brake fluid, by its very nature, absorbs moisture, and as it ages, slowly deteriorates. this makes it not as effective in fighting corrosion, and drastically lowers it's boiling point.. in short, that's a bad thing. brake flushes are generally not expensive, and could easily pay for itself many times over in brake related repairs in the future.

I'd be leery about trusting any garage "recommended" service, unless it's part of a scheduled service or part of a repair being done.
Brake flush actually could be beneficial if you live in an area that gets real cold, or has high humidity.
Ask the shop to explain why they suggest it and ask for a sample of brake fluid to look at.
Flushing brake fluid could be a good thing. It all depends on your cars age and amount of use.

A brake flush is done by
flushing out the brake fluid with new fluid as brake fluid ages it tends to get very dirty and worn out
With cause poor brake patel feel and also reduced braking force

Yes it is real,,,,brake flushing will clean contaminants and moisture out of your brake system.
If the service station suggested it,,,they would not have done so without good reason,,,your hydraulic fluid must be really dirty.

yes it's real, they flush out all the old brake fluid out of the master cylinder and the lines and replace it with new fluid.
