I am going tomorrow to my doctor to have my first annual exam after having my daughter(it has been 6 months) should I expect anything different from a normal one? Thanks!

nope it is a normal appointment, unless you are having issues down there.

The exam will be no different unless you have problems as in soreness bad hips all that stuff from having the kid but they pre determine that at your 6 week check up. But my doctor did ask me a few different questions like sex and birth control but other than that normal.

But don't take it to heart cause I'm not your doctor nor been to yours so i have no idea lol this is just what i went through .

Good luck

I think it depends a little on how your birth went. With my first child, I had a big 'ol episiotomy and they were just very thorough to check for excessive scar tissue, asked lots of questions about how things had healed, etc. It was nothing major, but a little different than "normal." By second child, the delivery was much smoother and the follow-up exam was completely normal. Just asked if I had any questions, asked about birth control, etc. - but the exam was just a typical exam.

It's the same as the 6 week exam. If you have any questions make sure the doctor knows what they are.
