Usually in a mint roll the coins showing at the end of the roll will have one showing the obverse and the other the reverse side of the coin. These rolls have an obverse coin at each end and are slightly larger then the other roll thus the 41st coin in the roll. I can't find any info about this anywhere. I do know that when they were first issued there was an article mentioning the mint was "correcting the problem" Thanks
