That varies depending upon my diet. If I eat more beans, the cost is lower. If eating processed foods the cost is higher. Sometimes it's around 15 dollars per week. Other times it's as high as 35 dollars. Sometimes you can go out with friends. If it's their turn, they get the bill for that week.

Damn...We're doing something wrong. I know you said single people, but my wife and I spent $265.00 last Sunday, and that's about average for a week. We don't eat out often, and we both bring lunches to work. No Children. That includes things like cat food, bird food, light bulbs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.

no less than 40 a wk maybe lasts me 2 weeks so 20, but that doesn't include eating out a lot ( i really can't cook) lol.
