Johnny depp looks better and is a better actor. Orlando bloom only looked good in the LOTRs

Orlando is still young and he has his hott moments, but Johnny Depp is hott 24/7.
I also think Johnny is a better actor, but he is also a lot older then Orlando, so in time I think Orlando could be as good, but sadly never better.

I loved the way Johny Depp played Captain Jack Sparrow in The Pirates,Orlando Bloom was rather boring. Besides in Troy he looked really effeminate,though better in LotR.Overall neither is my type, sorry.

Johnny Depp is hotter b/c he can act and the roles he picks to play are awesome. Noone else would play all the quirky roles he chooses, but he lands the character everytime.
