What colors could I wear with this hoody in red (http://store.americanapparel.net/5497.html#i)? I'm a bit bad at deciding what colors go well with eachother.

I can understand. Red is a very hard color to mix with. The usual choices will be neutrals (and by neutrals I mean creams and greys) , white, and black.
If you're the adventurous type, any color will fit with it! Orange, violet, brown, etc.
There's only ONE color that I think doesn't mix with red: blue. That is unless you want to look like the American flag or something.

I'm thinking a conservative color. White of course and black but i think a gray or a very dark gray would be the one of the best.

Blue jeans and tan colors look rally good. Actually, pretty much all colors look good with red, so it doesn't really matter!

You can use Orange, White, Cream, Black and Navy i have a really similar sweater and i always use it with this colors...
