no you can comment on the answers 40 times. Like on rsolved questions

No, comments after a question is closed (like when a question will say "1 comment" under what the questioner wrote or the number of votes it got).

Here's the point system. I've never used Comments, but I think it's like a rebuttal.
And it's only for Yahoo Answers.
