i have them second behind the angels...their hitting is always very good, partly because they play in a bandbox of a ballpark and partly because they do have some excellent hitters...but their pitching, especially their starting pitching, which always leaves much to be desired, is a major question mark, as is the closer role with eric gagne...they will be improved but they do not quite have enough to get past the angels

one million. Angels 2. Mariners 3. Rangers 4. A's I merely think of basic the angels have a extra effective crew then the M's and Rangers. Dont get me incorrect M's are gonna gave the Angels a run for their money in spite of the undeniable fact that it incredibly is going to likely be the Angels who pop out on precise. comparable with the Rangers i think of they'll the two start up the 1st 0.5 incredibly nicely and stumble contained in the 2nd 0.5 or vice-versa. A's merely uncomplicated suck.

I thihk the A's have been weakened a lot with the loss of frank Thomas and with the loss of Zito.
The Angels still won't make the free agent moves or trades they need to take the next step and the Mariners are trying hard to imperssonate the Giants (Vidro, Weaver, etc) by gaining aging players.
I like the Rangers this year to break free and win the division and 15 wins for McCarthy

I think the Rangers will finish 2nd in the division behind either the A's or Angels. That's gonna be a tight division between those 3 teams.

My 13 year old son says 2nd behind the Angels. I CAN'T WAIT for the season to start!!!!!
I LOVE Texas Rangers Baseball!!! I hope to take in some live games this season. We weren't able to go to many last season but the season before we were at a bunch of games.

Ron Washington was probably the best manager available in the bigs this year. Ron Washington is a genius! Texas should finish 2nd behind the Oakland A's this year.
