There should be a parking brake release handle under the instrument panel, on the left hand side, close to where the parking brake pedal is located. Unless you have what Ford called, "the automatic park brake release" which uses vacuum to release the parking brake, when you shift from the PARK position, to REVERSE or DRIVE. Hope this helps.

Did you attempt pulling up on the "Emergency Brake launch" by using your left knee? If that doesn't paintings, look under the sprint, by using your left knee, and examine the linkage from the pedal going to the brakes. examine the launch take care of and attempt to be sure how or why that's jammed and could no longer launch. there's a ratchet typ linkage that slips right into a notche to hold the emergency brake pedal down. ascertain the launch take care of is pulling this "seize" up so the pedal can come back up. additionally, whilst pulling on the launch, attain down and pull up on the emergency brake pedal. there's a hazard which you have jammed the pedal down so hard that that's in a bind with the launch linkage. whilst that's jammed down very hard, it's going to be hard to drag the launch take care of. i think of, in case you will merely take time and look on the linkage, you will discover the difficulty. reliable good fortune.
