My best friend is really worried that her family may move her in the summer before her senior year of high school. I'm worried too. It's not because of her parents' work or financial reasons. My friend seems to be having a hard time even talking about it with her parents though. She doesn't want to go, and I certainly don't want her to go. Any suggestions on convincing her parents to stay at least until she graduates?

tell her to tell her parents that the pressure of making new friends would be a distraction to her during the senior year so if they could stay she could finish her school year here

The reason for the move is not apparent to YOU....but there IS a reason...probably personal reasons that involve a family situation that you know nothing about...and even your friend may know nothing about it. Don't poke your nose into situations that you have no business trying to influence.
