With the black area missing from her belly, odds are very good she is having or has had the babies. With that many live bearers in the tank the babies wouldn't have much chance to survive very long at all. All 7 adult fish will consider the babies to be food, even the mom. The fry are usually about 1/8-1/4" long.

To clear something up- Mollies do not give birth to guppies. Mollies give birth to mollies.
From the sound of things, she's already had her babies, although that does not explain why she is hiding. Mollies do not care for their young, and are far more likely to just eat them. The black spot you mention is called the gravid spot, and while it can usually be seen on all female livebearers, it gets very dark when they are pregnant.
Beside from all that other stuff, your tank is desperately overstocked. Mollies and swordtails get bigger than you think, and even without counting the massive amount of fry you will soon have on your hands, you are going to have a water quality problem very soon, if you don't already. Get an ammonia and nitrite test and test the water- both should be zero or you're in deep.
You'd be well advised to remove at least one of the large species in there, either the mollies or the swordtails. Your current stocking is about what I'd put in a 15 or 20gal. Even if, without one of those large species, it seems empty, the tank will soon fill with fry.

Good luck!

hi =) nicely my answer is fantastically a lot agreeing with above, notwithstanding it would even were led to by your fish combating with another fish interior the tank, extraordinarily even if it really is a MALE molly, as male tropical fish are conventional for combating for domincance. i imagine besides. notwithstanding it does sound like some type of an infection which will have occured from its previouse an infection as you said on your description. there are sorts of diverse water remedies which could help your fish. pass to the puppy save and ask for thoughts, they must be in a position to assist =).

It sounds like, and I hope, that your molly is pregnant. The babies will be very small and very cute. about 5-6 would fit across my pinkie finger (i'm a petite girl, though). Make sure to get a baby fish net, sold at most petstores and after she has the babies remove mommy from the net to keep the babies safe. Even mommy will eat them up so be careful!

It sounds like she might be pregnant! Remember on thing.. You might want to separate her from the other fish with a tank partition.. Once she has the guppies, they will be food for the other fish.

a couple too many fish i reckon, yep she pregnant n tryin to hide from the other fish to keep her babies safe, get a trap with a separator so mum doesnt eat her own babies n the other fish dont eat em also, good luck.
