if lee cant do any genjutsu or ninjutsu the how can he open all those gates....that is a form of ninjutsu

he can open his gates because it is about his own free will whether he wants to open his gates or not. To open the inner gates is not a form of ninjitsu.

the gates control chakra flow all people can do this with training it as nothing at all to do with genjutsu or ninjutsu

Even though it is a form of ninjutsu, it was all the efoort and hard work he put into it. He trained hard enough to be able to gain that kind of talent. Even Kakashi can't do it.

not a form of ninjutsu. u need physical and mental strength and chakra to open those gates and that is it.

i don't think it is. i think it's kinda like speeding up your heart rate, except with chakra. it's not really "magical" in that sense, and all it does is enhance physical attributes like strength or speed, unlike the cursed seal or the demon fox. also as i understand it, anyone can open gates, if they learn how, not just ninja.

its not all he does is he is so advanced in taijutsu he can just force the gates open
