Our government has been announced some several benifits
for senior citizens. But, government does not honer'd to the senior citzens. If any planing applied the government for that pesons..? NO. Those who are not the ex- employee, is they are getting any service in treatment - medicines & etc. Even also after 60's of any retired govt. employee also does not geting any benifit in treatment or any consession on hospitalisation.
some limited consession are going on behalf on them , like, rly journey, govt. tranports reservation seat. Further, the pensenner
persons of ex - govt. employee has been harrashment , when he is going to draw his/ her pension from any bank. i do thinkthat, there is not any time, whether the govt. will draw a kind attention with the senoioir citizens.I do think, there is no alternative way. But, the politicians are aged over 60's, they are
getting much - kind attention like, hospitalisation, personal caretaker & more over power are enjoying at any times.
thats all.

The unique qualities and qualifications differ from the senior citizens 'serving' as politicians and the ordinary senior citizens.
Further, majority of those government servants who retire are good for nothing as they lost everything even during their service period ( particularly in the present days, they do not work with any sincerity and honesty and they become unfit to serve themselves or the public; they are in a way deadwood and how can they even imagine of working beyond 60 years and that too as politicians; no way!!)

After working for 30-35 years at a stretch, surely they deserve at least 10-15 years of relaxation. Why is it necessary that they have to be "made use of"? Retirement is necessary, and can be used by senior citizens to accomplish those desires and aspirations which their working life never allowed them to fulfil. Our ethos also subscribes to this viewpoint. Hence the govt cannot, as a rule, regularize the employment of senior citizens. Politicians, of course, are a different kettle of fish!!

Senior citizens retire from Office after a long spell of working. At the time of retirement they would have come up to certain level. When a retired person is asked to work under some one younger to him, it is a disrespect. However, certain independent jobs are given to those who had retired holding high position such as heading various Commissions .

Smart government employees in valuable positions go back to work as consultants and make much better money. The rest don't have the drive or the skills to be able to do it. Sorry to break it to you. I know that will get me thumbs down.

You speak about them as if they were tools; I admit, some politicians of ALL ages are tools in one sense, but you say things about PEOPLE like, "utilized" and "made use of"; is that how you think of people who work for or with you?

When there are no systems of accountability for those while in service and most are already under-utilied already how would one justify...........and why do you only think of Government servants......Better thinking is to start with skilled unorganised workers who find living the hardest..............................
