How can you say worse?! I say better!
Packers were 8-8 last season with a very young team. This team can only get better. With a veteran QB like Brett Favre and a nice receiving core, this team can get it done. I think they can go 10-6 and possibly playoffs, especially in the NFC.
My only issue is Ahman Green and if he will show up next season.

I don't know. First of all, I am an Eagles fan. Although, I really respect the heart an d soul of Brett Favre. He has such a great determination. With that being said, I don't think the Packers will do any better next season. It's not because of Brett, but because of the team around him. He needs a good running game. Not a player, a game! Also, a better defense would compliment a better offense. I'm only saying this, because notice what happened when Donovan Mcnabb (by the way, I can't stand him) went down. The Eagles stood up and did what they had to do! I am now a Jeff Garcia fan and would like my boys to sign him to a long-term contract. I would gladly like to see our "mobile" Mcnabb traded for a great prospect.

I believe they will do better than past years. I love brett favre he is my boy i think he is the best. he needs a better team. I want favre to stay forever but this is most likely his last year. The packers need to start over with a new qb in 2008 2009 season and the 2007 2008 season has to be strong. Or they can screw around and get a good draft choice. ( I suggest the first one) Bubba Franks and the WRs need to improve to make the playoffs

The return of Brett Favre provides hope, but this team is way too young to compete for a Super Bowl. It could only compete for a playoff spot if it adds a franchise running back, but that seems highly unlikely with the 16th overall pick in the draft and a shallow pool of backs to choose from. Play makers are also needed at WR and TE. The club particularly needs a receiver who can be a red zone threat. As far as getting that running back, look for them to pick the best RB available. That will probably be Marshawn Lynch out of California. They could pursue a WR through free agency and a TE later in the draft. Prognosis is that they will continue to improve and just miss the playoffs, but could contend in 2008. Go Pack!

Better.............I'm not a Packers fan but Favre's offensive line was so young this year that they just got beat up. I think they will do better in 2007...................Go Giants.........LOL. Yeah, I know they bite but I'm still a fan.

they will get much better, their defense and OL is a year older and better, and favre can still get the job done...their big question is at the RB position and whether or not ahman green will be back, as well as whether their almost-assured draft pick marshawn lynch will be successful
