I've never ever met any real african. All we have is black people who are African-american but they are not africans... they don't even have african culture. I also know non black people exist in africa.. but I never ever hear or meet any of them here in California.

Are real africans, here in usa as tourists or residents, rare?

Many Africans, black and white attend American Universities. Call your university's International Student Union for meetings. There will most certainly be people from Africa there as well as people from all other parts of the world also.

Before any Neo Cons get up in arms about International Students studying in American Universities, remember that American students are also studying in African Universities and in universities all over the world. There are American Students studying in Africa, in Russia, in Japan, in all part of Europe and some of them are getting better educations than they would here.

Yes, there are African Students in American Universities everywhere.

Does anybody comprehend of an genuine African American as well Charlize Theron? Charlize Theron born outdoors Benoni, South Africa. Theron grew to develop right into a naturalized citizen of america in 2007 I wounder if Affirmative action would accept to White African individuals? i do not see Charlize Theron as an African American, Black African community subculture isn't her genuine historic past. The Europeans who got here to South Africa created their own Civilization from that of the Black Africans. per chance we may be able to call her a Euro African American why denie what you completely are.

Um, I don't live in California but I have lived in New York and Chicago and there are lots of Africans there and I have met a few of them.

There are many Africans in the U.S. There are over 150,000 Somalis living in Minnesota (just read that in BBC Africa).

If you are really interested many colleges and unversities have student groups that gather formally and informally around nationalities and or ethnicities. If you are a college student, you may want to check that out and get to meet a few of them.
