Not patted down but I was questioned once. It happened when I was in the military. We were doing some 'off the record' prisoner training and I had some extra wire ties in my bag. A couple months later, I still had them in my bag and I was using it for my carry on. I completely forgot about them and when they found them, I got in big trouble.

i havent flown in awhile. i did get patted down at a military airshow last year.
while on vacation, my husband got patted down to go in a bar "club lavela" in panama city beach..that was a little odd

yes, i was hung over, and it gave me the giggles----then the officer started to chuckle a bit---not at all a bad experience rather memorable
