ummm, what exactly are you asking?

A peasent, ie a human being, shouldn't be killed or put in a hazardous situation without a good reason no matter who society says they are. Your ancestors are likely peasents, 90+ percent of Europe was at some time, so based on probiblity and blood inheratence of your ancestor's oath, rephrase your question to say why shouldn't I be sacrificed. In doing so you'll also learn something if you think about it.

A dead peasant has no value. A live peasant can work or fight as required.

A dead peasant is the same as a dead slave. You've just reduced your assets. Unless there is a damned good reason for doing so, you shouldn't waste them.

First we'd have to find one. Hardly anyone lists "Peasant" as their occupation on their tax forms these days.
