Ok this is overanalytical, but when you're dancing in a club with a girl, are your hips moving together in the same motion? My junk is always getting bounced around by the girl because I'm a horrible dancer and trying to move like them is damn near impossible. I know a lot of women dont really care if the guy isn't Michael Jackson, just the fact that he's OUT THERE dancing with her. Is this excuseable? I mean, what happens when you all are out there? Women, how do you see things from your end?
Is the overall aim to be moving with the same motion to the beat?

walk to the beat of the drum and sway your hips to the music, not the words. keeping your arms to the side but your hand out like you are holding drum sticks and beating the drums yourself through the air. These were some of the main tips I got when I first started in a dance class because it teaches you listen to the beat. After that you can incorporate moves you think would be cool
There really is no wrong way to dance as long as you don't look like a stumbling drunk

As long as you are relaxed and enjoying the music it is all good! It is when the guy tries too hard to make it a choreographed routine that it gets me antsy. Feel your own music and have fun.

When I dance with my guy, I don't feel we have to be perfectly in sync-- just go with the music & feed off each other's energy :-)
