Make sure you look good because my exmodel friend told me they hire for ability, personality and looks. She said she got tired of it because they enforced the skimpy outfit harrass the waitress and pinch her in private places rules there. So stop it immediately if it starts and ask them if they have a policy on this if such treatment would bother you. It did not bother her at first until she got engaged. You can make good money there but be sure to watch where and how you stand as it is a good old boys sports bar.

Be honest about your work history, don't embelish. They could always do a background check.
Be yourself. Be natural. Not fake.
Be prepared for questions like, "Why do you want to work at Hooters?" and "What are your future career goals?"

be yourself, look super sexy and dont overdue the make up. Keep it simple and be bright, confident and yourself.
Also a great push up bra works wonders, but make sure you get one that fits properly, so they dont spill out the sides.

For starters, make sure you spell and pronounce "hostess" correctly.
Wear something that accentuates your breasts. After all, it IS Hooters.
