Why does AIM mail says "Server too busy" everytime I log in?

For almost a month now, everytime I log in it says the server is too busy and it has an error code. The weird thing is that it happens only on my computer. It works perfectly at school. Can you suggest some ideas to resolve this problem?

Uninstall AIM and reinstall it.
