The First Coven Album "Witchcraft: Destroys Minds & Reaps Souls" (1969) is really cool psych-rock with very overtly traditional Satanic themes with a recording of a Black Mass at the end. I love this album. Sounds kind of like Jefferson Airplane on Satan.

Also, there is a great self-titled album by a band call El Ritual from 1971 that has a lot of Satanism in it.

You might just be interested in Comus "First Utterance" (1971)--while not specifically Satanic, there are alot of occult and paganistic themes in this weird progressive-folk album...

Yup, Marilyn Manson is, and whether Led Zeppelin was actually satanic or not, I have no clue...
