The 360 game is fine. There may have been a corrupted save, but I've played over 200 hours on my 360 without a problem.
The Knights of the Nine is part of the downloadable content.

Downloadable, just like Fortcrag, Mehrunes Razor, Deepscorn, etc.
Unless you plan to play a quick game on the 360 I would get it for the PC instead. I explored a good portion of the map before and had only finished the Dark Brotherhood when I hit a bug that made my game unplayable. On the PC it can be fixed (fan made as Bethesda doesn't give a crap).
