my best friend ( that ive known since Pre-K)has a crush on me but i dont no how to tell him im taken and that we will most likely stay that way for a long time

That is going to be hard, I'm sorry. Just tell him honestly and nicely that you just want to remain friends, and that you already have a boyfriend. Your going to hurt him more by not telling him, then if you just tell him. I was in a similar situation, and tell him how you honestly feel, but in a friendly/best friend kind of way. You don't want to loose your friendship over this, especially if you have known him for that long.

The best thing to do in this kind of situation is to just talk to him. If you have been friends since Pre-K then you should each other pretty well. Just explain to him the situation and if he is a true friend he will understand. I know how hard it can be to talk in person so you can always talk online or write him a note. :]

well i don't think it is the an easy way out either tell him streight out or send a letter or email
