I LOVE them and their music. Espacially their new album. I personally am not a fan of the president and im glad they used the pwer of free speech and spoke their minds.. by they i mainly mean Natalie... but they stuck together throughout the whole thing and i highly suggest watching the movie... Shut Up and Sing... it recently came out.

We too love them here. And God Bless them for having the courage to speak the truth freely! I think those who put them down are just cowards who refuse to see the truth.

I really don't care for the Dixie Chick or their politics, but even as a Conservative I laughed when Natalie Mains gave the Nelson from the Simpsons HA HA.

The Dixie Chicks have the main stunning to assert something they (She) desire... i'm thinking if all of them sense the comparable way or in simple terms the loud-mouth. i will pass to conflict to guarantee they have that precise. What pissed me off became into, they mentioned it ON foreign places SOIL !!!! they don't have the main stunning to try this. As a Texan, i'm very proud that our impressive President is from Texas. i could decide for him returned. seem on the stable issues he has performed for our society. decrease taxes, extra companies to offer jobs. in simple terms think of how plenty extra he could have performed had 9/11 no longer befell. So, sure.... I destroyed their documents. sure, i've got spoken to our interior of sight stations approximately no longer enjoying their track. sure, i'm chuffed they now no longer attempt to play u . s . a . track. sure, i'm ashamed they are from Texas. indignant????/........ it is an irony !!!!!!!!!!!!

Same as before, still okay. Worries me that so many country fans are malleable by the fruitcake fringe. Thought it was born in the arms of homespun wisdom on the myriad ways life can be lived, not the 'if you think, you're wrong' contingent.

I think it displayed poor judgement. Freedom of speech is fine but there is a proper time and place to trash your own country and that time and place is not in London. It demonstrated ignorance and low grade intelligence. And I am NOT a fan of Bush.

I tossed their CDs. I don't buy concert tickets to hear some low IQ entertainer like Natalie Maines spew forth her senseless drivel. There's not a radio station in Texas that will play their music. That stupid remark of hers has cost them millions.... and will continue to do so. They are history. Natalie should have been more han ready to " make nice". What an idiot.

my opinion has not change a bit
I still think that they are a great group
and aside from political parties you have to applaud the the fact that there was enough bravery to use freedom of speech and stand behind a fair cause, and I'm not judging facts about the impeachment and so forth, I'm just saying those differences & great rights as Citzens of this Country, especially if we use them and express them, are what makes the US a great place to live.

The only reason the Dixie chucks have fans is because of libs who never would have listened to them supporting them because of their opposition to our President .

Otherwise I don't listen to them and think their music is pretty bad (even if they supported the president I just don't think they are worth much musically but then I separate my politics from my music unlike libbies who are sheepishly tied to Bush hating!

I loath country music. I've gone through 4 years as a music education major and there is nothing musical about people who sing through their nose.

They never would have been nominated for a Grammy, much less have won, if it weren't for the Hollywood libs. Middle America couldn't care less and the Dixie Chunks know it as they don't even consider themselves to be country anymore.
