Yes, I monitor what my boys eat they learn their eating habits from their parents or guardians. It's our responsibility. I'm sure the Tubby Toddler parents look like their kids and eat like them too.

All those overwieght kids MUST have a glandular problem. My boys eat frozen pizzas, chips, eggs, greasy hashbrowns, pb&j sandwiches everday with cheeze puffs and a nutty buddy, hot dogs with tater tots, and honestly I serve veggies, but they don't really eat them. My kids are so skinny, even the doctor tells me to "beef" up their diets with *some* junk food. I tell him that it's pretty junkie already!
I must admit though, my children play outside (rain, snow, or shine) and love to wrestle each other and run in the house. They burn off everything they eat! I feel sorry that everyone blames the parents and I wonder what it is making these kids so fat...because it doesn't make sense by the only factor of food.

Not watching it sorry. I think some parents do not monitor what their kids eat though and they eat way too much candy. I am a teacher and one day this little boy took out his lunch, guess what his mom gave him? A BAG OF MARSHMALLOWS. I took that away and bought the kid a lunch at the cafeteria.

This show is so sad!!!! My parents are way strict on what my 3 year old bro eats and what i eat for that matter. The parents on this show are just plain lazy.

I agree all childrens problems come from the parents I think people do not how to raise children so they rely on tv and talk show shrinks to answer their questions. Children need a parent not a best friend that gives them what ever they want

I think it is detrimental to restrict until you see a problem. Many people who have problems with obesity were deprived as children. I don't restrict my daughter, she is 4 and doesn't quite weigh 40 pounds.
