well technically you wouldn't be right in saying there are three of them. just because they are similar doesn't mean they are the same. they mean totally different things, so its like comparing apples and oranges. yes they're both fruit but they have no other similarities. same with these words. they're spelled similarily but all mean very different things.

i guess you could say there are three words in the english language with the pronounciation "to", they are to, too and two.
