I have a project where I have to cook a jewish meal. I am not sure tho. I have asked one of my jewish friends and they eat it but, it contains pork which is against their dietary laws.

Pork no. Pork is expressly forbidden.. as are severl other things.. (shellfish for example)

but there is kashrut (kosher) Schnitzel..

Look for the union label (I'm not really kidding.. most Kosher foods in the USA are marked with a kashrut symbol even potatoe chips LOL)

(And i'm not even jewish)

Pork is not allowed in a Jewish meal. It is against the Jewish dietary laws.

Jews keeping kosher law are prohibited from eating sausages that contain pork. Some Jews do not keep kosher. Those keeping strictly kosher diets can only eat kosher meats (rabbinically approved & killed by a shohet), which you would obtain from a kosher butcher, and would have to prepare in a kosher kitchen.
