I've seen every Canadian team but 2 win the Cup - and one (the Sens) I would never cheer for. I've seen an Olympic Gold Medal (x2 thanks to the ladies) and World Championships, Canada Cups etc. I'm sure for 24 hr the country would be turned upside down if the Leafs won again. It would be cool to see. The Canucks winning would be great too.

What does any of this have to do with the Habs?
I'll try anyway, I'd rather see my team win the Stanley Cup. After that, I'd rather see Canada win the gold and I don't care if a Canadian (note the spelling) ever wins a cup and unless they are your team, why should anyone care? Every team is full of Canadians anyway.
Also, Canada winning a Gold, albeit that chance only comes around every 4 years is more apt to happen more often than your team winning the cup over the next 20 years. Plus, we win the World Juniors EVERY year.

To tell the truth this is a challenging question to answer.
I would like my favorite team to win the cup because i feel like my team deserves it alot and they could have a chance.
But also i would like to see Team Canada win in the Olympics because not only will it prove that Canadians have great hockey players but also we would have a winning team representing our country(*if that makes sense.)
But i think my answer would be that i would rather see Team Canada win in the Olympics because there is 1 or more player from almost each team in canada that can represent our country and win the olympics instead of only One team winning. Having the team winning the olympics is much better because it has players and we all know that more than one team cant win the cup.

Olympics are only every 4 years and when they are on everybody in Canada is cheering for the Canadian team ( and not just hockey..) The Stanley cup happens every year and quite honestly as a Sens fan I would hope they win , if they don't I really like to see good hockey, I do like other teams so I cheer for "the game"

You would have a better chance if the Canadian team would can Gretzky and maybe have some real talent play like Crosby. That way Canada would win the Gold.
