read the book, so much is missing from all of stephen kings movies, his movies are never even close to how the book is. Read the book LOL

I've yet to see a stephen king book made into a movie that is in any way remotely justifiable. (i did enjoy the second version of the shining.....) yet, I always watch the movie..... at least you know what to expect....
I think a general rule of thumb for any book to movie venture: if the movie is less than 4 hours long, you're not getting the whole story, and if the author of the book didnt write the adaptation, all bets are off. (the all time worst King story to movie : The Running Man, anyone else agree?)

I'm a Steven King fan and I've never heard of this movie or even a book titled this. Will keep an eye on this question as I'd hate to miss out on one of his books especially. Hope someone knows the answer.

Yes, definitely read the book. Although I think they do a fairly good job of bringing the books to the big screen, there is always so much more information in books than in movies. I think he wrote that one as Richard Bachman.
