i need a lawyer, who only collects if i win my case. the case is wrongfull termination.

Thats a civil case and you are not going to find any attorney who will take a civil case for free.

Contact your local bar association and ask them for a referral for lawyers willing to take a wrongful termination suit on these terms.

you need to look in the phone book or google attorneys in your area and call and ask them if they work on contingency a lot of time your first consultation is free they will tell you then if you have a case and if they are willing to take it on contingency
