I want to recycle them and making something cool with them..any ideas on how to make coasters or anything else cool.

Get small shadow boxes and mount the caps with a adesive glue, or hot glue. Or if you can find picture frames with mats already in them you could take the mats off and use just the frame and the backing.

i stick bottle caps on my hat. What you do is you take the ring off a coke bottle near the top, put that on the inside of your hat, and press the bottle top to it on the outside. Pretty cool.

Cover them with purple felt and make hot pads like clusters of grapes. Add leaves made out of cut felt.

I seen something cool a long time ago.
They made a Welcome mat out of them.
I don't know how they did it. I was really young.
